Last Year’s Be Bold Gala

Last year, we had the incredible opportunity to bring back the Be Bold Gala in 2025 after the pandemic, re-establishing one of Women in Business’ most meaningful and impactful traditions. Its return was a powerful reflection of our “Be Bold” motto and our mission to cultivate confident, empowered women in traditionally male-dominated industries. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors and donors, we raised over $25,000—funding transformative experiences such as our annual New York Site Visit, where members connect with industry leaders and gain invaluable career insight. These funds also support inclusive programming, including networking events, recruiting workshops, and resume and LinkedIn development, helping our more than 300 members grow both personally and professionally.

Building on that momentum, we’re excited to make the evening even more meaningful in 2026. The Be Bold Gala will take place on January 30th at the Ford Alumni Center (1720 East 13th Ave, Eugene, OR 97403) and will feature a keynote address from a woman championing our mission, along with opportunities to connect with students, alumni, and community leaders.
