Our Mission
Our organization, Women in Business, fosters a community of empowered women in a traditionally male-dominated field. Our goal is to provide career exploration and real-world opportunities in a diverse range of industries for our members. And, most importantly, we want to remind young women that they do belong in the business world.

Women In Business creates pathways for women to explore diverse industries, gain hands-on experience, and build confidence in the business world. What started with 35 members in 2022 has grown into the largest club on the UO campus, now with over 334 paid members and counting.
